Processing time

Returns
Return window
30 days from the date of delivery.
Eligible items
Unopened, unused products in original packaging. We cannot accept returns on opened or used products for hygiene reasons.
Damaged or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged or contains the wrong item, contact us within 7 days and we will make it right at no cost to you.
